Please note that the part number listed WPW10290822 has been discontinued by Thermador. The good news is that we have the micro computer cards listed by numbers 3193683 for the emitter and 3193682 for the receiver assy. WPW10290822. Please see attached pictures sent by a distraught customer whose bottom freezer ice service we helped restore to original design and function. In 2 of the pictures you will see the cards that were replaced seamlessly by our customer, and in the other 2 pictures you'll see the plastic covers visible from the left and right side of the freezer liner respectively. Both the emitter and receiver covers are a bit to get to and will inolve removing the freezer door and all the baskets etc., but it is doable. The old cards remove with a phillips and the new ones will screw in and fit perfectly. The discontinued pn listed involved the entire assembly...cover, card, and all, Again the good news is that the card(s) are EVERYTHING as pertains to fuctionality and fully restored ice service production. The cards come in a set as pictured and both the emitter and receiver should be replaced at the same time. The ice maker pn associated with this bottom freezer infrared sensor controlled design is W10277450. which we have listed on this website, As always, we take calls @ 757.249.2502 and actually answer the phone for product support before and after the sale.
