This is the original Sub Zero shut off arm controlled ice maker.  It mounts to the back freezer or left freezer wall via the brackets pictured and one small under bracket also pictured.  The fill spout comes closed but has cut out perforations for either mounting design. It has the newly designed 6 male pin wiring plug and should not be used to sub out for other designs. The listing is for the ice maker as pictured only. It does not include the shut off arm control mechanism. The good news is that part will transfer from the original to the new O.E.M. replacement without issue...guaranteed!

This in a NEW O.E.M. product and not an aftermarket look alike or a refurbished product. The ice maker comes with a 24 month replacement warranty as do all ice makers sold at all our sites. Please remember NOT to place and foreign food or drink containers in the ice bucket just below the ice maker.
